Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen Blueberries
  • 1  frozen Banana (in Slices)
  • 150 g Natural Yogurt
  • 150 ml Milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • A few fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)

 

Preparation

Place all the ingredients (frozen blueberries, frozen banana slices, natural yogurt, milk, honey, and cinnamon) into a blender.

Blend everything at the highest speed until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish it with some fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
